(T.O.T.V Concept) Arsenal - (Roy Harper)

This is an idea i really like but because me and the team aren't in argeement on where we should go with him so he currantly stuck as a concept, were we disargee is half of the team (incuding Me) want this character to have a return to the side of the heroes and the other half want we to stay a Villian. Also i don't a code for him as an assassian so suggestions are welcome.

*YOUNG JUSTICE SPOILERS*
Note Bio 1: So the idea for this charater comes from the idea that in Young Justice Roy Harper was kidnapped by the Light and then the Light gave Green Arrow cules to find what he thought was Roy but in fact it was a clone with all of his memories designed for infiltration, Then the original has his arm removed so the light have an endless stream of his D.N.A and then the light decide to turn roy into a Winter Soilder Style assassian for the Light with his own robotic arm and vast training in assassintion, martial artist and infiltration. I have two ideas for how Roy is brain washed by one version works better for him becoming hero and the other for him being a villian.
* Version 1
Roy was Subjected to both physical and psychological torture, then brainwashing and mindwiping until he was a perefct soilder who would accept any order and execute it with out question.
* Version 2
Along with both physical and psychological torture, The Light shows Roys that the Clone Roy is unknowingly recording everything thougth cameras in his eyes, and they force him to watch every aspect of the clone's life until he realisted that the people he thougth cared abbut him the most, barely known him, and the fact that they can't notice the faluts in the clone, this infuriated Roy and he felt betrayed this left him in perfect position for the Light to manipulate him into an ideal assassian who would accept any order and execute it with devotion and without question.
* If he becomes a hero agian
Roy eventualy catchs up with his past and manages with the help of Oliver and Team Arrow he was able to free him self from the Light. Now he's uses his vast skills and expertist to help people as a Local operative within The Network.

Note Bio 2:If we go with this idea What Clone is after learning he's a clone he'll go thougth a bad phase but eventuly he accepted who he was; He changed is Frist Name to Clint and his Codename from Red Arrow to Hawkeye, Here is his Micro: lieutenantaleka.deviantart.com…
