Jesse Quick - (Jessica Wells)

Here is the Tales of the Vigilant version of Jesse Quick, I really wanted to see more of Jesse in CW's Flash and to see her get her powers and it really looked that it was going that way but with that ending everything has changed and any work that was done with the future in mind has go down the drain. But enough of that, for Jesse's suit i took inspiration from trajectory suit's and although i'm happy with the majority of the suit there are parts (like the lighting blots) where i know someone more talented can do a better a job and i look forward to seeing if any does.
